What is the active ingredient in Viv?

Honokiol is a natural bioactive compound derived from the bark and leaves of Magnolia officinalis and has demonstrated potent anti-inflammatory effects in many preclinical studies. [Such preclinical studies indicate that honokiol suppresses the activation of nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) and modulates the phosphoinositide 3-kinase/Akt (PI3K/Akt) signaling pathway.]

When and how should it take Viv?

One capsule per day within 30 minutes of a full meal to help with absorption.

What is Sirt 3 and how does it impact me?

Honokiol acts as a direct agonist of sirtuin 3 (SIRT3), the major mitochondrial sirtuin enzyme, which plays a critical role in human lifespan and decreases with aging.

Honokiol has been shown to enhance SIRT3 expression and activity, thereby mitigating oxidative stress and modulating mitochondrial function, playing a material role on both a cellular and physiological level.
